Anna Connolly is a chartered work and organisational psychologist with a strong business background in the telecommunications industry. She has an MSc with Merit in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London and is BPS certified to administer personality and cognitive ability tests.

Prior to training as an organisational psychologist, Anna worked in senior management roles with Ericsson, a Swedish multinational telecommunications company in their ‘Global Service Delivery’ and ‘Learning Academy’ divisions. She has managed and coached high performing teams delivering technical support and learning solutions to global key accounts such as Vodafone, BT and Telefonica. She has also successfully managed global change projects in both Learning and Customer Support within Ericsson.

Combining her business background and psychological knowledge, Anna is passionate about delivering practical and evidence based solutions to help people thrive in the workplace. Anna currently delivers training and consultancy services to both public and private sector companies and also works on government funded programs to help the long-term unemployed return to the workforce.

Anna was the Chair of the Psychological Society of Ireland’s Division of Work and Organisational Psychology from 2018 to 2020. She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, and the Association of Business Psychologists.
